Request a new account

Please complete the registration form below. If your child is returning this year and you had an account last year - there is no need to re-register, you will automatically receive an email alert as soon as the portal is live for the current year

Once the request has been submitted, you will receive an automated email asking you to verify your email address. We will then manually process your request which may take up to three days

Please be aware that we can only approve accounts where your email matches the email given by the student as Next of Kin.

If you have more than one child at New College, please complete a separate registration form for each student.

Click on Add Student and enter the details of the student you would like an account to access. The Student ID can be found on your child's Student ID Card or or you can use the first six digits of the username your child uses to login to the Learner Hub (www.apply.newcollege.ac.uk)
